HORRIBLE STAYING EXPERIENCE I booked two rooms for two days via MakeMyTrip.com. I sent an email to the email address mentioned in the booking confirmation about the late check-in. To my surprise, when I reached the property, the response I got was that all the rooms were occupied and I would have to wait for 6 hours to get the room for which I had already paid the total amount in advance. I tried talking to the supervisor and got no proper response. So, I reached out to MakeMyTrip, and even they were not able to talk to this supervisor. I did not have any other option other than to wait for the room. When I finally got the rooms, they were poorly maintained. There was a foul smell all over the place; unhygienic washrooms, beds, and blankets were on the next level. No drinking water is provided. No one answers the contact numbers mentioned as reception numbers. Overall, it was a waste of money, time, and mental peace. I would never suggest this hotel to anyone.

The hotel rooms are not good at all.big room wid the smell of bat n very old ambience. you will get a single room not a flat with other amenities. Rates are high .it is 500-600 rupee type room only

It shows in map but has no direction we just roaming around for 30 mins and can't find the place also the contact number is switched off. We requested for refund from cleartrip
