We used this shack, beach restaurant most days during our stay in Palolem. It's a very popular place with Indian and western tourist. The food was always excellent, during busy times the service may be slow but that's the consequence of being a popular place. The staff are all very polite, friendly and helpful. The background music was often unknown to me but it was popular with a lot of the customers who were there.

Very bad experience. Would never recommend to anyone to visit or to have a stay at Sai valentine's because on the first day of our stay we found three cockroaches in the in washroom and two lizards were there on the wall the room which is given to us was very close to the kitchen ka exhaust vent and we were smelling the food dirty smell in the room throughout the day. And while sitting at the beach to have dinner we were a group of 4 two of us just left the table to use the washroom and the chair was gone to the other table and when we came back and asked for a chair it took around 5 to 7 minutes just to get even though restaurant or the cafe which they have was not at all busy. The pressure of the water is so slow that the shower was not working, the jet spray was also not having any pressure. And each time when we used to take a bath the water used to come in the room and the room was wet all the time. And the electricity was gone for 15-20 minutes during the day time atleast 5 times. Because of that I fell once & that's very very bad thing because i have a fracture in my right leg at shin bone I'm carrying a rod in my leg to heal the bone. Food was good during the breakfast but what's the point. Then we shifted to the sea view room for the next 2 nights.

No comparison of food..it's really very good n decorative also..thanks to the staffs, they are very cooperative.. beachside view is nice...

Owner is nice but not at the property most of the time Staff is quiet but the service is slow. Not for families Crowd is not good at this property Managers dont stay at the property all the time even when you need them. Beds are broken, blankets have holes and there are water issue in the washroom. We had a issue and we ask the manager to please request the drunk group of men to shift from front of our room to towards there room and the manager said that 4 rooms booked and wont be able to say anything but we had 8 rooms so we had to manage it.. crazy !!! Food quality is also not that good!!! Like you could get more tasty food nearby..not at all recommended for families.
