The worst things, apart from the room, are the food and service. We reserved a hotel through Oyo and paid online, but the manager there refused to give us a room. they were in fact asking for extra money when they were offline. The quality of food is the worst. They charge too much and serve thick rice that looks like Puf rice. Their employees act very rudely and aggressively. Never responding to a single call, reception also acts impolitely.

We had a really bad experience. We booked 3 rooms from OYO app Rs. 970 for each room but at the time of check in they said we can't provide room in this much amount. You have to pay Rs. 500 more for each room. OYO customer care didn't help at check in time. I saw some other customers as well facing same issue. You will not even get a single water bottle in room and You have to buy every thing on menu price. You can't take your friends into room. You have to meet them in hall near reception only. Receptionist having really bad attitude. Not recommended place.

WORST SERVICES. We were pushed to this hotel as there were no rooms left in the originaly booked one....TWICE. The furst time, the manager asked twice the amount reclected on the app and said that there was a glitch in the application. We tried confirming the details and complaining with the customer services. The manager did not cooperate and did not answer the calls from the customer service. The second time, the room was dirty, the bed sheets were smelly and stained, the washroom was unclean, had no water, flush did not work. The comode was used. When asked for help to clean the washroom or provide a bucket, the manager stooped to a very bad tone and there was no cooperation at all till the next day. FORCING THE GUESTS TO PEE ON A COMODE FILLED WITH POOP IS NOTHING LESS THAN HARASSMENT. Despite multiple requests, we received no help. PATHETIC SERVICE.
