They are frauds, We paid them the full amount at the time of booking as per the bill for one of our guests, She is from the South, and at the time when she checked out they charged her the full amount. And they charged 1 day extra for half an hour early check-in as well. But at the time of the booking, they clearly said it is fine if she checked in early. They are frauds and try to cheat outsiders because they are not aware of how cheap these people are. I booked it the first time and it's the worst experience ever. My suggestion to all of you be careful and don't book your stay or your guest's stay in this hotel, Their service is also very bad and unhygienic. They served Bread and butter in breakfast and charged for a buffet. They are so cheap. I want to give them 0 star.

This is a nice hotel. The staff is nice and kind. One star is reduced because of some basic services missing, such as slippers, or iron in the room. The power went out 3 - 4 times for 10-15 mins but I guess that was because of the rain. Not a biggie. I'm sure you'll improve upon the little bits here and there. Overall recommended.

Good spacious rooms with ample amount of sunlight and good balconies. The balconies are shared but the rooms are quite spacious with a sofa also included along with two chairs and a table. The housekeeping services are a little slow but the room service is not. They also have a restaurant so they can deliver food or cutlery too. The property is clean as well and the staff is friendly.
