The service is good but the staff and the staff members are so annoying that if living over there you have to stay over there by their rules and the rooms are very dirty no ac single bathroom basically its a refuge cam not a guest hose thing and one of the more important that in night of you want to go out or come in before 2am because thats the time of sleeping of staff so be aware and be care full pay some extra to be happy. Last but not the least teach staff that how to talk and behave with the customer because if customer is coming so you are earning but from next time i will not recommend any one to come to that guest house.

Good budget guest house. It's just 8 minutes walk from grant road railway station ( local) , get out of platform number 4 & start walking towards sheetal showroom & from this showroom it's 5 minutes in same line right near signal. This guest house good budget rooms & everyday cleaned up throughly. It has AC & NON AC rooms too. All the way it's good stay .!

Best place for solo travelers, families can't exist in that location because it is very near to kamathipura and during night time roads became much more worst. Food facilities are available most of the time in surroundings and hotel also have food service facility. Staff are friendly and the place where hotel located was one of the costly places in Mumbai. Many tourist attractions are close to it and it has moderate transport facility to other places.

This one star is only because there is no option for no stars. If you need that Harry Potter feeling - no, not like being in Hogwarts - to sleep in the cupboard under the stairs, go for it. If you beside that love to have cardpaper walls between your cell and those next to you, which gets you to hear burping, farting and spitting guys 24/7, a dirty aisle sink, an even more dirty toilet whithout toilet paper and a shower in the same way, best place to stay. Otherwise keep off! I wouldn't even recommend it to my biggest enemy! There are nice hotels around which are not much more expensive.
