I have never had to such a terrible stay at any hotel. I booked 3 rooms (2 superior rooms and 1 deluxe room) for single day stay here, but at the time of checkin hotel staff informed us that only deluxe (which has lower fare) rooms were ready even when we checked in after 1:30 hrs of the check in time. The hotel was not having even basic amenities like Mini Bar refrigerator and it took them 2 hrs to provide water bottles and that too were in normal temp in summer of June. On complaint they inform that their Kitchen freezer was not working ☹️. Furthermore, they don’t provide even basic toiletries in rooms. There was no Shampoo, Bodywash, Toilet tissue provided in any of the rooms. Again, on complaint they provided only mini soap bars. The rooms were dirty and not maintained at all.

Don't ever think of staying in this motel EVER. We had the worst experience of our lifetime. No fridge in the room, water leaking everywhere in the bathroom, dirty linen, shabby room, no intercom, service is worst, had to call many times for any requirement. Even the motel's fridge was not working during peak June weather. The mgmt was also rude and dumb. The swimming pool was very dirty though we swam a bit. We booked three rooms, in one room the AC stopped working at midnight and the motel staff said that they can't do anything now. We were stuck since we booked it online or we would hve left this motel. Food is just average, nothing great. The mgmt could hve easily made this a great motel if the service gets improved and some basic things is provided in the rooms. Due to its proximity to airport it can cater well to visitors but the mgmt is least interested in providing any kind of service. Overall, a very bad experience. AVOID.

If I could give this zero stars I would. We had a booking confirmed, was told it was cancelled upon arrival, somehow managed to get them to honour the booking - service was awful and creepy, room was so dirty we didn’t want to touch anything and gave it a clean ourselves, needed new sheets, filled with mozzies. After all that literally left anyway cause we still didn’t feel comfortable, said they would organise us a taxi and didn’t. Is a shame cause it’s a nice place upon face value but it’s actually terrible This maybe could have been a different experience if we spoke Hindi (maybe) but also being an airport accom you would assume at least one person there could communicate with us. Don’t waste your time.
