Shraddha and the whole team were an absolute delight. We were staying up at Sivananda for a retreat and would come down for internet and good food. The whole team was so kind, so generous and ended up exchanging gifts. We stayed one night in a room as well and they’re beautiful. Highly recommend.

Excellent location, decent rooms and very cooperative staff 😄. Near, clean spacious rooms with modern amenities. I would like to mention that the guy and the girl( Shraddha) at the reception are very friendly and helped in every possible way. Restaurant serves very delicious and most importantly fresh food. They will make it at the moment and will serve you. Nice choice of food and restaurant. Shravan was very helpful and took care of all the needs at the restaurant. He made sure we get proper food and never made any fake promises. He is very very nice. Lastly, I’d like to mention about the spa. The spa was amazing and Pramod did an excellent job. They will also provide you a rejuvenating steam after the massage. Such an awesome experience here.

This is a small hotel with only 6 rooms situated right across Shivanand Ghat. It has beautiful views of the Ganga and Janki Jhula! I really liked the Bake and Brew cafe! I would like to commend Ankit for his service. I had some trouble with room service where I had to make repeated requests to get the room cleaned. I also appreciate the night receptionist. He was very helpful and patient with me. I would suggest that they have more games for children. And also practice more cleanliness overall. The bathroom opposite the reception is quite dirty. All bathrooms in general can benefit from a deep cleaning. There was something wrong with our room's bathroom where there was some dirty smell despite looking clean. I think it is a plumbing issue.
