Nice location, situated at top floor of a leased out property. Feels like home away from home. Apart from spacious room and humble staff , it also had one major benefits is the 24 x 7 available kitchen ( for small things) . Good for people traveling with small kids and infants as they need boiled water, milk etc .

Hotel manager is a kind type person & cooperative. Rooms are spacious, well furnished & room service is also good. It also has a parking space fow bikes & cars. The only demerit is that price of food stuff,what you order for your room are quite high.

Pathetic experience 😏 I made my booking through make my trip app . I booked 5 rooms at Sarsaswati retreat for a family trip , later I received the confirmation mail from the website and the hotel as well . when I called on the hotel number , they directly denied for the said booking using foul language and asked me to contact make my trip only . This is horrible , the rooms are booked for senior citizens and suddenly they denied for the booking. One good thing is make my trip answered my call and they assured this will not happen again , the property owner also called and apologised. Hope this kind of things won’t happen in future again .
