Sartaj the Crown

Well, I stayed here for more 4 nights so I would have a lot of things to say. Moreover, I got a decent deal by directly calling on the no. provided on the website as well as google. I have stayed in 3 category rooms because of the rush season viz, Non-View Room, Premium Room & Luxury Room. The first room for the 1st night had no windows and no views but that’s how we had been charged for accordingly so I have no complaints on that. Remaining 3 days, we were in Luxury & Premium Rooms with the former one being expensive but honestly I dont see much of a difference between the 2 rooms rather I would say that I like the Premium room more than the Luxury room as it had the bathroom with glasses. When it comes to room service or food, kudos to the entire staff as they were excellent and fantabulous in their work and thus I would like to mention the names of Lucky, Vinod, Surinder, Sonu and Asif who were really great hosts and made our stay comfortable. The view from the rooms, I think would be one of the best in the entire Dalhousie and people would not want to step out of their Luxury & Premium Rooms. The only complaint and the reason why I am not giving a 5 star to the property is that I could see that the property needs a lot of maintenance to make the experience of the stay all the more beautiful and I would like to mention a few: 1. The blankets had no cover, and guests would definitely not like to use a blanket whoch has already been used by any other guest 2. The dustbins had no disposable bags as a result of which the smell from them was not bearable 3. The glass panes(main usp of the rooms which gives the beautiful view) were completely stained by adhesive tape marks which would have been left by some birthday/other parties of guests which makes the glass panes look untidy Please don’t go only by the detailed negative remarks given from my end as I wanted them to improve upon these points so that they not only become one of the best in Dalhousie but rather the best hotel to stay in Dalhousie. Even with such small negatives, this hotel is definitely worth a hotel to stay always 👍👍
