My experience at Satpura Adventure Resort was a mixed bag. The initial impressions were positive, with a warm and inviting welcome that set a pleasant tone for the stay. The highlight undoubtedly was the beautiful tents, which provided a unique and immersive connection with nature. However, the enthusiasm waned a bit when it came to service. While the staff was courteous, the overall service was average at best. There seemed to be a lack of promptness and attention to detail, which impacted the overall satisfaction. Requests and inquiries were met with a somewhat lackadaisical approach, and improvements in this aspect could significantly enhance the guest experience.

The Host is not at all polite, the place is nice but not well maintained. The Host is so greedy. There is sand on the room floor and fungus in the tent. The rooms smell so bad

Worst! The tents are horrible conditions the washroom have all kinds of smell, and zero hygiene worst place we left the hotel as soon as possible. Also the owner is horrible

A Good place to stay, rooms are clean and good for couples nd friends but outside food is not allowed as they have their own in-house restaurant which is very costly and the taste is not at all good. Also they don't have any tandoori items available for veg and non-veg. And the service is also not that good. We were also promised free breakfast while check-in but the owner completely denied it the next morning. Overall not so good experience

The stay was perfect, very comfortable and relaxing. The tents were exactly as shown in the photos and are well maintained, the resort is situated at the best location of the city and is well taken care of by the management. The amenities are good. The view of the greenery of the jungle is very peaceful and mesmerising. We stayed there on a school tour and had a lot of fun. Nearly 50 children along with escort teachers experienced the unforgettable moments. We enjoyed the evening tea siting in the ambience with the setting Sun in front of us. It felt really nice. The food served in the restaurant here is also good in taste, really liked our lunch. We look forward to spend more gateways here.
