Seclude Falling Cashews

It is a bungalow, with a lovely kitchen and dining area, and a nice view..if that's what you are only looking for, this is the place for you. However, the seclusion in 'Seclude' might get on your nerves also. I started experiencing seclusion right after booking this property. No one from the property ever tried to contact me. The contact number on the web connects you to the Delhi main office, they gave me the manager's number, who didn't pick up even after several calls. Landmark is one vishnu temple, however, there was no signboard. We kept struggling with the Delhi office, got alternate number, no one responded for another hour. I started doubting if the property actually exists or I have been conned. Anyways, the manager picked up after an hour. She also told me, no one has informed her about the booking. This when I had planned the stay only with my 6 year old son. We reached the place at 8 in the night. Please carry your rations for the duration of the stay. Our crime was not to get it, there is nothing closeby. One rockshell restaurant sent us soup, that was thicker than curry and fried rice. Then we didn't know, we had to tell the night before if we wanted breakfast, my second offence, so no breakfast, the manager simply told me , pls don't ask in last minute. She also enlightened me that people in goa are laid back (read lazy) so I am not to expect anything from 1pm to 4pm. I had booked for two nights. She managed to make me run for my life in a day. And...no refunds. I wanted to check out in an hour of checking in..but don't expect refund..in fact don't expect even few nice words in the name of hospitality. The manager's boss, ms kalpana gives one line replies. Tried so much asking Make my trip to look into this.. provided them three different contact numbers to contact the manager, her husband, ms kalpana...they just told me, they are unable to contact anyone from this property. So much for MMT assurance, i spent the night with my 6 year old somehow in this standalone, imposing, almost spooky bungalow, empty stomach and checked out next day with no refunds. On top of that, i was charged for one glass my son broke.

We went the property. There want adequate light. The doors and windows didnt have proper locks. All the doors and windows could be easily open from out. Property is good but in terms of safety zero star. We didnt feel safe in the property.
