This resort promises much more than shown in the pics.Serene location just in front of the beach and very well maintained property. Rooms are big and tidy. Food was good and staff extremely courteous. We had an amazing time at this resort and would surely visit & recommend friends & family to visit this resort when in Madvi ! And a big shout out to Jay Sanghvi at the front desk for helping us with itinerary and suggesting good place to eat/shop and also arranging the transportation. He made our vacation extremely smooth ! His service and generosity greatly appreciated 🙏

The Serena Beach Resort in Mandvi! It sounds like i had an amazing time there with my friends. The resort offers fantastic amenities like a swimming pool, buffet lunch, and a private beach. The swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing dip, and the buffet lunch must have been a treat for your taste buds. And how cool is it that they have a private beach? I bet we had a blast enjoying the sun, sand, and sea there. Overall, it sounds like a wonderful place to relax and have fun with friends. We had such a great experience! It costs around 1700 rs including tax for Day Pass for 6 hours in which they provide lunch/ dinner, swimming pool and private beach access.🌴🌊😎

I found it highly over priced, this might be due to we visited in peak season. The booking staff was adamant, the would prefer to keep rooms empty rather than nagotiating even if you are going to stay there just for few hours, and the tarriff were even higher than start hotels of metro cities. The road and the area to reach this place was very dirty and surrounded by plenty of stray dogs barking all around so dont visit on two Wheeler it can be risky.

Hotel location is awesome with clean private beach with amazing seating arrangements on the beach. Room are good and spacious and u get good privacy as they have individual villas. Now comming to food, Breakfast is not good at all. They have very small spread for breakfast with no option for local cuisine. Restaurant staff is absolutely cluless and post lot persuation we were given special poha made for us with lot of salt. In all, stay is amazing but food here not recommended at all.

Mr. Suresh Kumar at the front desk is extremely rude with guests. I am travelling with my father who is a senior citizen and we were requesting for an early check-in. He not only shouted at my father , used a rude tone but refused to listen to us as well. I am a lady and he raised his voice at me as well. It is shameful that such a prime property has such rude and misbehaving staff. He should be brought to task. I would leave a strong feedback against this individual
