Absolutely stress-free. Room was basic with A/C. Breakfast was just ok. Staff were super helpful. Even have free bottled drinking water. For the ₹1800 per night they charged me, they did an exceptional job. If you are not looking for anything fancy, and for a stress free stay, go for it. They deserve the 5 stars.

U can clearly see corners being cut. Lights that flicker, cheap false sealing on the bathroom. However, staff is very polite and helpful.

Recently stayed for 4 days on a business trip - very friendly staff, instant response to any need, minimal but tasty breakfast complimentary to room stay, room itself had a good bed, cupboard and sofa set, best part was continuous high flow of hot water. Each floor has also a common fridge so we can utilize it and keep any groceries or beverages. The cleanliness could've been bit better with the bathroom mirror was dirty - paste wasn't present but got it immediately when asked to housekeeping, TV also was working with basic channels mostly kannada. The window opened to a building meenakshi apartments adjoining the hotel directly so had to keep curtains drawn at all times- please check the view of room once. There is no specific room service menu as such although tea and coffee dinner can be requested to be delivered. Overall id say for around 2000 it's great value for money and location is tucked in nicely in a wide lane with good trees all around - and I will stay there again next time also.
