We stayed last week with this amazing hotel. From bigning to until check out it was perfect , smooth check inn , specious and clean room. Restaurant served amazing food. The services from staff Is always on top notch. Thank you team for this amazing stay. Recommended to everyone 👍

Rating: 0 Stars I recently booked a stay at this hotel and unfortunately had to cancel due to unforeseen personal reasons. While I understand that cancellations come with fees, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding in this particular case. I reached out to the hotel & Senior Reservation Personnel - Mr. Almaz also, explaining my situation and expressing my willingness to accept a cancellation fee. Despite my efforts, the hotel has been unresponsive and unwilling to consider any form of refund or compromise. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and unfortunately, my experience with this hotel has left me dissatisfied. It is disheartening to see a lack of empathy and a rigid adherence to policies, especially when customers are facing genuine challenges. I hope the management of the hotel can reconsider their stance and work towards finding a more customer-friendly solution in cases like mine. Clear communication and a willingness to accommodate unforeseen circumstances go a long way in establishing trust and goodwill with customers. In the future, I hope the hotel can adopt a more understanding approach to situations like these, as it would undoubtedly enhance the overall experience for guests.

The shahpura group of hotels for non vegetarians as they serve the best Butter Chicken in town. The food here is amazing. It is friendly for vegetarians too as they have so many options in veg food. And also the staff is really courteous and they follow strict rules & standards of a 5-star hotel. Would recommend this place.

This property was recommended by a travel.planner for a 2 night halt at Udaipur during a family vacation. The service is pathetic (for the lack of a better word to describe the experience). The staff has been trained to deny customer's every request, unless you push them by calling the reception multiple times. Its a struggle to get basic a request fulfilled. The rooms are big and spacious, but but lack basic amenities like door mats, bathroom mats, drainage in the bathroom doesn't work. Even though the property is located in a posh area with many other options available, I would stringly recommend to avoid this one.

I recently stayed a shahpura barliyas house and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The range of activities available was fantastic, providing endless entertainment and relaxation options. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional staff. Each member was not only thoughtful and caring but also went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made my visit truly memorable. I highly recommend shahpura hotels for anyone looking for a top-notch experience in both amenities and service. A definite must-stay!
