Our New Year's stay at Shamrock was magical. Surrounded by nature, the cozy rooms felt like a second home. The staff's warmth and respect made the experience exceptional. The breakfast spread was delightful. Highly recommend for a serene getaway

It is indeed a very good hotel. It is situated away from the main city rather bit outside of city with calm and quiet ambience. Beautiful view of the valley from the individual balcony of the rooms. Staff are very courteous and polite. Hotel has wifi facility in the room. It has small open parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are provided with electric kettle and tea, sugar sachets. Bathroom has running hot water.

Rooms are neat & clean, and has good view of mountain. Don't expect to have a tea plantation view. Staff were polite, helpful & professional. Good landscaping was done with all the small plants, roses. Suggest to provide disposable slippers so that while walking in the room & enjoying the view from balcony foot doesn't feel the floor cold.
