I came here with my family. Room is good. Manager Rahul is very polite and helpful also. They manage all my travel plan.. I suggest everyone who has moderate budget can visit this place.

Excellent rooms super experience . Manager Rahul was super cool and amazing. Food was excellent so tasty. This place was like home. Murugan was good. Service was excellent. Totally a happy property to stay in kodaikanal.

I am highly dissatisfied with my experience at this hotel. The first time I visited with my friends, the room was acceptable. However, during my recent visit with my family, I was utterly disappointed by the condition of the rooms. I had reserved three suite rooms, and to my dismay, all of them were unclean – both the bed and the toilet were in terrible condition. Despite arriving late and having limited options, we had no choice but to endure this unpleasant stay. It seems that this hotel is only suitable for bachelor gatherings focused on drinking alcohol, and even for that purpose, it's only suitable for a brief span of time. I'm writing this message several days after checking out, yet the hotel's manager is contacting me to collect an additional 15 Rupees for a black tea that was apparently overlooked. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the management, and it's emblematic of the overall experience I had at this unsatisfactory establishment. In light of these circumstances, I strongly advise against booking rooms at this hotel. My recent stay here was marked by disappointment, subpar conditions, and poor management. It's certainly not a place I would recommend to anyone. Best regards Rahul Nair
