the room is very nice. But the location is very bad, car cannot go, that's why this hotel is not showing the front hotel. Staff is very good. But at this rate you will get a good hotel outside the city. If you want to go to Udaipur, never book a hotel in Old City.

Had a lovely time at this neat, cosy place with a lovely view of the lake ... Staff were quite courteous and the rooms done up very well. Location is a real plus since a minute's walk away from the City Palace, right in the heart of the old city.

The location was perfect. The lake facing suite had most mesmerizing view of the lake. The rooms were royal delight! Beautiful roof top restaurant. We stayed there for 3 nights and our stay was fabulous!! It was our 5th anniversary and the staff managed it so well...From rooms to arranging our dinner date night at last moment... Cake, wine, decorations, food everything was just perfect❤ Thank you!! Both the staffs are absolutely kind and friendly always ready to help with a smile. Would highly recommend to explore this place, will definitely visit it again😍

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel for 4 days. The rooms are really beautifully decorated, and super clean. We had the ground floor room (no view), but it was still very enjoyable as the room itself is so pleasant. Also, we could go up on the terrace whenever we wanted to see the view. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Walking distance to many of the major attractions. It was quite cold in the room, as it is on the ground floor and also has marble flooring, which makes it colder. The hotel provided us with a heater which was really helpful! (All of the 4 star hotels we had stayed at in other parts of India did not have a heater to provide). The only problem I see is that their hot water supply is not very reliable. So if you want to take a long warm shower it won’t be possessed here. Also,WiFi is slow: so if you need to work while staying here—it’s probably not a perfect place. Will come back to this hotel if ever in Udaipur again.
