This review is for a FOUR Star property. We visited this place for our 1st anniversary. We are just sharing our experience. 1.The room was not hygienically maintain. Bed-sheet was dirty and torn. 2.Nobody was answering the call for room service/house keeping. And after repeatedly calling them they showed up for room service and cleaned the room with our used pillow covers. When i say cleaned i mean they used our used pillow covers upside down and wiped the room’s mugs and utensils 🤢. 3.The water was cold while taking shower at the time of winters even after giving reminders. 4. Food was just okay. One of the dish was weird but they might have cooked it bad . 5.We told them that it’s our 1st anniversary n if they can just do something little bit fancy like you see in a room like a Towel swan or arrange flower petals which most of regular hotels do for free but they directly refused and told us that it will cost you 3500₹ for same which was a big joke for us. Every hotel or property tries to make your special day with some gesture more special but from their side we have received 0% efforts which is very disappointing. 6.Cake :- Ordering a cake was easy but getting it on time was issue. Before visiting the place we confirmed cake prices, a week ahead but everything was expensive when we got there. Overall experience was very disappointing.

Rooms are spacious and neat Service: Food served during lunch was cold. The breakfast buffet was good. With many options. Food menu is not pocket friendly. Swimming pool when visited for not clean The resort was under construction. The swing was broken can hurt if not careful. Huge gardern to chill out during evening. DJ was good. Location: Next to the highway, easy to locate. Good for family outing for a couple of days to relax and enjoy.

Food taste is ok, but there is some soil crunchyness in the food. You can not do much apart from wandering in the resort Resort area is much appreciated Staff also cooperative and well-behaved Overall, if you want to go, go with one or two or three couples so that you can enjoy
