Room was not clean, broken walls, even the windows were not able to open. We felt suffocated inside the room. I paid 1750/- for a room that worth 600-700. Ofcourse price hike is there because of the year end season, but at least the management could have maintained the rooms properly. Only reason we stayed there was that the washroom was pretty decent and this location is very near to temple. Also ample amount of parking space is available which is a good thing. If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel on non seasonal time, you can go for it. Otherwise I don’t recommend this place until unless it is properly maintained.

Firstly, the hotel is very far away from the main city. However, the review is not regarding the hotel but my experience with the hotel staff because I had to cancel the hotel because of the same reason. If I would have stayed in this hotel, I would have wasted 4 hrs of my travel only to reach the destinations. My booking was for 2 days, i.e. 25th and 26th Dec, but I came to know regarding the distance and had to cancel the booking one day prior, though 24hrs were not left when it was decided to cancel. I expected that the hotel might not provide refund for both 2 days, but to my surprise, the hotel started to deny refund even for 1 day, I. E. 26th Dec (for which more than 24hrs were left) telling that it is one booking. So, if my stay was for 10 days, will I make 10 different bookings? Or will the hotel eat up the money for all 9 remaining days as well? We booked with goibibo and had to raise the request to them regarding the same. The hotel staff started lying that they did not receive any such mail from goibibo even though the team sent it 3-4 times and the goibibo agent reconfirmed the same on his system as well. On top of being a liar, the staff was very rude and kept blabbering instead of listening to the goibibo agent or the customer. Also, I wrote a review earlier regarding how the hotel is only concerned with money but the hotel asked to delete the review and then only they would provide the refund. So, I had to delete the review earlier. Even after deleting the review, when I talked to goibibo, the team told that the hotel has denied for refund. I would not have written this review again if they had not denied the refund, but now I feel this behaviour should be projected to everyone thinking to stay in the hotel. The goibibo team had to email them again and request them to provide refund because this injustice was visible even to them. So, it is a request to everyone to read other reviews here as well where other people have also mentioned that they are money minded and deny refunds in need. If I would have read that earlier, I would not have booked this cheap mentality hotel at the first place. Request everyone to avoid such hotels.

This is a decent and budget friendly lodge in Kollur. They have online booking facility via 3rd parties like MakeMyTrip making it easy to reserve the rooms. The checkin process is seamless. They provide car parking facility in their campus. The rooms are clean and tidy along with 24h hot water facility. There is no lift and shuttle services though but given the affordable prices they charge for lodges which are clean and tidy, it should be okay.

Stayed with my family for the last two days. The rooms and toilets are very neat and tidy. We have to mention the superb behaviours of the receptionists, one mister Bhaskar and his brother, Mohan ,verywell natured and polite characters . Overall we would like to give a point of excellence for arranging such a wonderful customer friendly atmosphere and services.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Without Original copy of valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check-in. 3) PAN card is not accepted as a valid ID card. 4) Stay of 1 child up to 5 years of age is complementary without the use of extra mattress. 5) Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises. 6) Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the hotel, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the hotel, the hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. 7) Guests shall be liable for any damage, except normal wear and tear to Hotel asset. Guest shall keep the Hotel room in a good condition and maintain hygiene and cleanliness. 8) No Smoking Policy : We really take pride in keeping all our rooms fresh and clean, and discourage smoking in the rooms. In case guests wish to smoke, the Hotel Reception will be happy to help. 9) Guests may be contacted closer to their check-in date to confirm the arrival status or arrival time through calls or messages. In case, we do not receive a response from the guest after multiple attempts, the booking may be put on hold or cancelled. In case of availability, We will try to reinstate your booking when you contact us back or make a payment through our multitude of payment options 10) We do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to checkin. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the checkin is denied under such circumstances.
