TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY. DON'T GO THERE BY CHECKING ONLINE IMAGES. During my stay at the Sidarchie Hotel in Saputara, I had an incredibly disappointing experience. The beds were dirty and uncomfortable, the rooms and bathrooms were unkempt and unsanitary, and waste was scattered everywhere, creating an unpleasant environment. The room service was extremely poor, with long wait times and unhelpful staff. To make matters worse, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, making the stay uncomfortable. The staff members were rude and unresponsive, particularly the receptionist whom I complained to about the dirty conditions. Their response was shockingly blunt, suggesting I take a refund and find alternative accommodation. This overall experience left me frustrated and regretful for choosing to stay at Sidarchie Hotel.

Rooms are excellent. Let me get straight to the main points:- Positives:- 1) Rooms are hygienic with wide open window. We stayed on the second floor and the scene from window is beautiful (hills and trees everywhere). 2) Second floor has a huge space in front of the rooms, where we can walk and enjoy the scenery and feel the nature. 3) Washroom consists of a bathtub and ample space to hang clothes. 4) Situated at really quite place and full of nature. 5) Major spots are not so close to this palace , but that is not an issue. You will get cheaper vehicles in off season. 6) Staff behaviour was very good. They have basic manners and good helping attitude. 7) Palace is very beautiful. 8) Reasonable price in off season(before July). Underwhelming aspects:- 1) We visited Saputara in June, and less crowd was there. So I guess they kept wifi off for that reason. 2) Room service is pretty slow. 3) Elevator is also slow. Other points(May be positive-May be negative):- 1) 3 Charging ports. 2) Spring beds. 3) Old style room locking mechanism (manual). 4) Bell has a wierd chirping sound, which sometimes feel irritating. 5) Windows are hard to open. They told us that it cannot be opened ( we opened it anyways).

Horrible!!! Hotel, Don't stay in this hotel if you are traveling with your family, Hi i am writing this review after staying in sidarch palace...the manager was to arrogant and his behaviour was too rude dispite there was also my wife with me then also his behaviour was same....as we reached to late in night so we didn't have any option... .after entering in the room we found that there was an open hole in the washroom,and the mosquito net was totally broken of two rooms.
