Perfect family getaway. We had a wonderful experience at this lovely place. The food exceeded my expectations with its top-notch quality and portion. The staff's courtesy and friendliness made the dining experience truly exceptional. Plus, the location couldn't have been better.

The property is zero value for money. They charged us an exorbitant Rs 16k per night. Charging an exorbitant amount comes with offering basic things. THINGS WHICH WERE NOT THERE : 1. Proper parking - we practically parked our car on the road 2. Hot water - the geyser did not heat up for 30 mins and we literally had to do a crow shower (as good as no shower) 3. Hardly any food options also with the paneer being sweet, the second vegetable option left was also a sweet one 4. The food was full of oil, so much so that our hands were full of oil. 5. Breakfast did not have non fried options 6. Private pool was accessible to others (it was definitely not a private one). Also they were using the pool water to water the plants 7. The service was bad.. 8. The receptionist at checkout said wait for 10 mins as we have to check the room. Just to say the mini bar had nothing to offer and mind you, there is no food available post 10!!! 9. Roads to the place is really narrow - two cars can’t fit in at the same time.

Starting with the food. The quality was good enough but it was way too costly for the taste we were getting. The service was somehow the worst, in their restaurant as well as room service. The food we would order would at least take an hour to arrive at the table. We ordered for two extra towels and they said they were out of towels? We ordered for 3 bottles of water, and we called thrice but they were never delivered to our room. The check in time was 2pm and we arrived at around 3:30pm, and we still had to wait another hour to get our rooms. The swimming pool was not clean, the floor and the steps in the pool were slippery because of algae. Some people brought their own alcohol in the swimming pool, which made us severly uncomfortable. The property was beautiful, but it wasn't well maintained. And there was not a lot that we could do inside the property. The roads were slippery. We had trouble parking as well, since the roads inside the property were too narrow. And the parking was very far from the reception. For the price we had to pay, we were expecting a lot more than what we got.

Please don't book this hotel. You will get better deals with better location. The hotel is very far and inside the jungle area with no commute facilities. The hotel is also not well maintained as per their room tariffs which are high. They are so so so slow in their service. You literally have to remind the staff 3-4 times if you made any request. They don't clean the room properly. The food is below average. And never ever order onion pakoda there. It's worst. We stayed for 2 days and it was not worth. The restaurant is giving us cold vibes. Even for 20 rupee bottle they charge you 45 RS that too for local brand water bottle.

My experience was less than satisfactory. The hotel management displayed poor service, especially during the check-in process. The staff at the reception lacked both knowledge and proper manners. Additionally, the requirement to pay the entire amount during check-in was inconvenient. The room cleanliness was questionable upon check-in, and there was a lack of parking space and play areas. The restaurant also fell short in terms of food quality, using dirty trays and offering a limited and low-quality breakfast. Overall, it turned out to be a disappointing expenditure, and I would not recommend it.
