We made our booking through Paradise Holidays. Overall I am satisfied with the experience. However, the rooms are damp and cold. It requires better maintenance. Pros: - Breakfast and dinner. - Swimming pool Cons: - Damp rooms - walls are not sound proof

The Hotel is at walkable distance from periyar boating area & located in the market area which makes it easily accessible. Service is slow as we had to call the reception area multiple times to get things done. There's a pool area in the centre of the hotel which can be used in specific timing. Rooms are neat and clean. You can opt for Inhouse breakfast which was filling and good taste. Overall a good experience.

I had the most amazing time with my family during my stay here at Thekkady. The food is excellent and the buffet provides you with a spectrum of choices to savour. I am filled with gratitude to the most friendly staff members for ensuring that we had the best of times during our stay here. You have a variety of options to explore as well. The local market is at walking distance so you can immerse yourself in the window-shopping experience, there is a Khathakali and Kalaripayettyu performance by a team of dedicated artistes organized every evening in a cultural hall located nearby, you can dive into the pool to relax your weary self or just wander around and take some amazing pics to post on Instagram!
