This hotel's service is a disgrace. From the worn-out carpets to the rude staff,the pathetic rooms, insects and animals wandering in the room , it's a perfect example of incompetence. Staying here feels like a punishment, and I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. It's a pitiful excuse for hospitality.

I had booked the so called stable thinking of a good hotel from the pictures at Dhanulti by speaking to Mr Garg the owner. On reaching, the rooms were pathetic and service was fit for nothing. The owner didn't respond. I strongly recommend visitors to stay outside but not to go to this shabby place.

The rooms were spacious, tidy and clean. Very nice ambience and loved stay here. Definitely recommend this hotel . But The only problem was geyser was not working due to which could not bathe. Also, It would be really good if there is small blanket over bed instead of bedsheet, because bedsheet were too cold to sleep.

Extremely wonderful experience. Hotel staff, food, rooms, services, location everything was amazing. Food was delicious and was served very quickly. Staff behavior was amazing. We had been served hot drinking water owing to cold weather. Geyser, heater all facilities are available. Hotel is at prime location with parking facility available. Photogenic Location. I would love to stay here if i revisit Dhanaulti.

Pathetic hotel i have ever seen. They stole my wallet and my watch at the time of cleaning. And there is one person jaiswal and the hotel owner behaviour was not good at all. They used abuse language with me. And cant admit there fault after all that blunder they said get out of our hotel in the midnight. Not recommended at all dont trust that type of pathetic hotels. WORST.
