Large rooms, comfy beds and the aircon works amazingly! Beautiful view on the balcony of the well-kept garden and flowers. The people are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast has got some bad reviews, but we were happy with it. It had everything you would want, and the coffee was good! Perfect location, restaurants and bars just outside & the beach was a 5 minute walk away. There is also 2 little tortoises which we walked past every day just outside our room which was lovely!

Great location very near the beach and set back just enough from the main beach road not to be too noisy. Staff were very friendly with special mention to Anil who looked after our group at breakfast and for drinks during the day/evening. The hotel setting is lovely, although in some places it does look a little tired. My room was a good size and cleaned with towel changes daily. The bathroom does need refurbishment, others in my party had glass cubicles and nicer toilet seats! Pool size is good but the relaxing area around it is way too small and it is a bit of a sunbed wars in the morning. Hey-ho, it wouldn't be a holiday without that, although some people are selfish enough to put their towels out in the best place two days running and not bother to turn up. The hotel put on a complimentary Christmas Day Gala with a huge buffet and entertainment which we were not expecting. The same happened on New Year's Day. Alexandra's bar and restaurant near the hotel is an excellent place to have food and drinks. Such lovely owners there. Good food also at Inferno and Mango Grove. Bono's was the best beach shack for us with special mention to Tony and their clean and airy restrooms.

The experience has been fantastic,the service through out the hotel is amazing,and the room has everything you could want.The cleaning staff have been in everyday with fresh towels and bedding also the food and drink service is amazing.I would also like to thank the reception staff and management for making check in and any queries easy and quick. Thank you from Jan and Bernie with out a doubt we will stay again.
