Decent hotel if you need a relaxed and chill stay. We went on a week day so the crowd wasn't really that great. It's a pity that they give guests access to the SinQ club unlike other luxury hotels.

I m extremely disappointed with this hotel. I booked executive suite but when I enter only found large space. Amenities old, food over price with little portion, no welcome drink as they mentioned, jacuzzi not maintained properly and got hurt as it was not properly maintained, green water. During check-in staff didn't have manners to speak with other guest treating them like thieves, they should remember they're face value of the hotel even if it guest mistake there is a better way to handle it. From my side only 2 star because I didn't find safe in this hotel.

I have visited this resort many times with my family. The best thing about this resort is the open infinity pool on the terrace. This pool gives you the best view from above. There are small jacuzzis too which can be used for you and your family. The bar at the pool serves all types of alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks. You can even order snacks and have a great pool side evening. The resort has a good restaurant and nice breakfast. The rooms are huge and clean. This resort is at the best location as the beach is just 5 mins walking distance. This resort even has a parking space. Overall a lovely place to visit.

The hotel's website advertised it as a 5-star property, but it was actually more of a 2-3 star hotel with cleanliness issues. Amenities advertised like steam iron were missing, but the staff provided one upon request in the room. Some other amenities, like the locker, were non-functional due to an issue with the master key, which may have been temporary, but it caused inconvenience as I couldn't lock valuable items I didn't want to take to the beach. I had to request housekeeping while I was present in premises. Although the staff was very helpful in this matter and provided room cleaning service after their official hours (6 pm), the overall lack of proper setup was inconvenient. Additionally, the hotel lacked proper parking facilities, forcing guests to park their cars in an open muddy ground, which could be problematic, especially during the monsoon season.
