The location of the resort is good. The staff tries to do its best. The biggest issue is the maintenance of rooms and its amenities like Jacuzzi etc. jacuzzi’s are located in an open area, are dirty and unkempt. Even if they were to take the pains to clean them, they just don’t work. So what exactly is the point of that feature is beyond me. Food is below average both in terms of spread and quality. Not quite worth the amount they charge. My suggestion would be to look for other options. We stayed here in Dec 2019 and faced these issues. It is very sad to see that even the recent reviews mention the same issues. It is evident that no attempt has been made to address the issues at all. That says a lot about the management

Overall rating is 1. 1. Location - Location is good during the daytime but during night time it is a bit scary. The rooms are very far from the reception and restaurant. 2. Rooms - We opted for a Jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi was broken. When we called for help, my husband only had to suggest how to repair it. It was fixed temporarily and next day since it's outdoor it was full of leaves and so dirty. It wasn't fixed properly. There is no safety, as the jacuzzi was placed outside, lot of frogs and insects were observed and it's very scary outside. The room structuring is very weird. 3. Food - There is no room service. Limited food options. Not tasty. Lot of frozen food like smileys, nuggets etc. were kept for breakfast. Even basic dishes were not good. 4. Staff - Overall staff are good and helpful. We can't really blame them for poor quality/poor designing of rooms. 5. Activities - Not a lot of options or exciting activities to engage in. Very expensive for such poor quality stay ! Very disappointed as we spent a lot of money for nothing worthy !!

This resort caters well to both couples and families. It offers two villa options - one with a private jacuzzi and another featuring a private pool. The rooms are spacious, equipped with essential amenities like TV, fridge, and AC. The bathrooms are well-maintained and tidy.The distance from the car parking/reception area to the rooms is approximately 500 meters. However, they provide convenient car services for pick-up and drop-offs, or you can opt for a leisurely walk.There's a communal swimming pool available for everyone's use. The resort's restaurant serves complimentary breakfast, while lunch and dinner are offered buffet-style, priced at around 900 per person. Although initially, they declined our request for à la carte, they accommodated our preferences upon request. The food quality falls somewhere between average and satisfactory.Indoor gaming options such as table tennis, carrom, and foosball are available. Additionally, they offer a spa service at an extra cost, separate from the package. The resort also provides a few rope activities, and in the evening, they arrange a bonfire after 7 PM."

It's a good location and a good resort. But the overall experience was not great. Stayed at the jacuzzi rooms and the jacuzzi's are placed outside, in the open with no cover. The Jacuzzi was dirty and had frogs and other insects crawling. Also the one we got was faulty and during the two days of our stay, it was not fixed nor was the complaint taken seriously nor did we get an alternate room. The food was not that great considering the flavours of Chikmagalur and the buffet breakfast was a disaster. The resort was way too expensive considering its quality and service it provided. Would not be an immediate recommendation.
