I had booked the deluxe room and had asked them to arrange a cake for my anniversary, which they agreed for. I informed them in the morning as well that I would reach by a particular time in the evening but when I reached I was shocked that they hadn’t arranged the cake.At first they said they won’t be able to arrange the cake. But later on somehow they managed to get a chocolate dream cake. Then when I entered room there were no hand towels, no pillow covers on the pillows and the pillows were placed on the couch . I had to call the front desk for them to arrange it. We Ordered food, which was good. The service is provided after you call. The excuse they kept giving while we called them for providing services is that the New Year was busy, but you shouldn’t compromise on the service you provide your next customer. The breakfast can be better. There are very few options. Overall good rooms. Just a little bit of work and that will be a good place to stay.

I loved the room and service. We were hungry midnight and requested for food and the hotel staff arranged us food. They were calm and had a warm smile throughout. I liked the hospitality the most. The room is really good..I loved the view from the room in the morning. Overall had an amazing stay.
