1. The room provided for me was very ugly, having bad smells of cigarettes. They used an air freshener only after my request. They don't keep rooms neat and clean. The plugs were not working properly. I was not able to charge my phone. Eventually, I had to request them to change my room. Then I got another room. 2. The alternative room was not clean as well. And lights were not working in the washroom. I had to adjust to that. 3. Drinking water was not provided until I requested it. Then they provided a filled bottle of water, instead of mineral water. 4. Bath towels were not available at the time of check-in. They provided them with only the next morning. 5. Above all, The hotel staff were misbehaving with me while I requested all the above things. The boy there was very arrogant and was not ready to listen to me properly.

This is a very bad hotel. This is not a hotel but a barber shop. People's pockets are cut with scissors. If you are staying in a room here and any relative comes to meet you, then you will have to pay a fine of Rs 280 per person. There is nothing in the name of facilities in the hotel, the bed is very dirty, you will not be able to sleep deeply, you will feel insect bites.

I stayed in this hotel with my friends on 15 January 2024, but till date I have not received my bill. Their staff is refusing to give the bill, they say the bill is coming from Mumbai, but still I am waiting for it.. Worst service room is not good, cleaning is not good, room no 404 and 408
