beautiful view around it. Staff are very polite and helpful. Had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed it the most. Has a fantastic spa inside it and an awesome open restaurant with live music which is awesome and really appreciable. I am a travel enthusiast and have been to various resorts/hotels but here I cannot forget to mention that we met Nakul at the reception and I must say he is one of the best Guest relations Manager I have ever come across. Thanks for the entire management and staff of Snow flakes Resort you really made our visit memorable.

Great location and very good staff. We were in the hotel on the Republic Day and to our surprise they had arranged a function in the hotel. That was very pleasing. Food was also good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Snowflake resorts , and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was enveloped in a world of luxury and relaxation. The spa services at Snowflake resorts were nothing short of extraordinary. The skilled therapists ( Soniya Thakur) and serene ambiance created a perfect oasis for rejuvenation. The attention to detail, soothing music, and aromatic scents added to the overall ambiance, making it a truly blissful escape. As a food enthusiast, I was equally impressed by the culinary offerings. The dining experience was a culinary journey that surpassed all expectations. The menu featured a diverse range of dishes, each crafted with precision and creativity. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was a symphony of flavors that delighted my taste buds. The presentation of the dishes was as impressive as their taste, showcasing the chef's dedication to culinary excellence. The staff deserves special mention for their impeccable service. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The seamless coordination between the spa, restaurant, and hotel staff added to the overall positive experience.

The service was impeccable, and the food was not only delicious but surpassed our expectations. After a day filled with adventurous activities, the highlight for us was the well-organized bonfire with live music, truly serving as a stress buster. Despite the challenging almost 0-degree temperature, the restaurant team's attention to detail stood out, especially when they proactively inquired about heating the served dishes – an experience we've rarely encountered globally. Special commendations are in order for the exceptional service provided by Swami, Naresh, Gagan, Lucky, and the reception staff.
