Faculty is very co operative....Highly recommended....We lost out belongings they themselves took personal care and they did courier on the next second....

Had a wonderful and pleasant stay here. And you will soon find out the terms wonderful and pleasant will be defined differently today. First of all, rooms were elegant. The elegance was reflected in tube lights which were draped in spider cobwebs. Bathrooms were full of fragrance, the fragrance of damp air and stink. Some windowpanes of the bathroom were missing so you have huge outside view instead of feeling claustrophobic. We also had occasional visitors like cockroaches, bugs hanging out from the bathroom windowpanes. Lastly the booking process was brilliant. Decided to do it via phone instead of traditional websites. The plan was to stay 4 days. The communication was so good and crystal clear that when I was asked for advance, I came to know that I will be paying for an additional fifth day. There was a 4-hour gap to our final day departure schedule, and we paid additional full day's charge for that period. To manage the budget, we had to take a cheaper room for those 4 hours. Since we were visibly disappointed, staff were so great that they shifted us to the best rooms they could find. The roof was made of great stuff like paper thin material, which I think is a big invention over solid concrete roofs. Light holders were popping out of the roof, and you could see the sky above. If you need to order room service, there was just the phone cable without phone, because you don't need a phone when you can just go to the reception desk and ask for whatever you need. Thank you to whole staff for making this a memorable experience and making "Customer satisfaction" a MYTH, because when you are a monopoly in the area, customer satisfaction is indeed a MYTH.
