We stayed here for 2 days in December and our experience is 'Not recommended' 1. Geyser didn't work. 2. Food quality is average 3. Restaurant ambience is very dull and boring 4. Far away from the actual market (around 15km) Book a stay close to Periyar National park to have a better experience in Thekkady. Overall the staff and service is good but really need to work on the basic amenities of the hotel.

We had a group lunch at Spice Grove. I must say, they give a very lavish, premium and unforgettable dining experience. The taste was 5/5. Service was quick. The ambience of the restaurant is very classic. I'll highly recommend everyone to at least have a dining experience here. I checked their rooms, all are spacious with great plantation views. The property is extremely nicely maintained. The General Manager and entire staff are very professional. The sales coordinator Mr. Prasad is a friendly man.
