Very bad experience at this hotel, room was not at all clean especially bathroom, bedsheet and pillow covers were dirty, towel and soap were not provided, hotel staff is not at all supportive, bathroom tiles are also broken. Shower not working properly. Major issues - Electricity and Lift , always not working. Very disappointed. OYO should remove this from their service.

Useless staff & having so much attitude to receptionist. Doesn’t have manners how to talk to customers. Lady should get hospitality training!! Wastage of time!!

There were lot of issues. 1. Bedsheet was dirty and on request for change said it's now 8 pm and there is no one to change it. 2. Pillow cover is dirty same answer for change request. 3. Water was not present in room upon request got to know that shower was leaking and if they start water there is no way anyone can stand inside bathroom without wet. 4. All rooms lock was damaged. 5. Soap not provided, need to ask for it. 6. Towel was not provided, need to asked for it. Seems like they do this with the people who booked online. So think before booking through online or check rooms before booking or compromise with cleanliness.
