The worst experience I have had in Oyo for years. After informing them and asking about the room availability we decided to go to Mr Plaza at night 1.30 due to the delay of our train. After reaching past midnight they told us the room was not available, and we had to pay an extra 500 rupees if we wanted to stay in an upgraded room as the room we booked was not available. We had no option as it was past midnight and we were so tired. The room was okay but not worth 1200 rupees and the sheets were uncleaned, there was a smell coming out from the blanket. Don't recommend this to anyone.

It is a scam hotel. The staffs are completely arrogant and mannerless. The will show less amount online and once you reached the destination they will charge you twice the amount and will claim they don't accept payment through online apps and will claim that your money will be returned through the app and none of your money is going to come back .. It's my strong and sincere recommendation to not go with this hotel. Neither the app will help you nor the hotel will co operate with you....

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Upon check-in, they refused to accept the OYO booking, insisting on an extra payment. Despite the late hour (10 PM) and limited options, I reluctantly paid. Once in the room, it was utterly disappointing – dirty bedsheets with a foul smell. When I requested a change, they dismissed it as normal. Fed up, I checked out after just 10 minutes. To make matters worse, they refused a refund. This hotel is OYO's worst partner, and OYO should ban it from their bookings.

I had a terrible experience at the MR Plaza and I would not recommend it to anyone.The staff was rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. They ignored us and treated us poorly. they are not accepting booking from Oyo, we already paid through Oyo, but they are refusing to checkin , so in midnight we paid 1500 per a single non AC room. Still my oyo booking money is not refunded.

This hotel shows less price in OYO and if you book through online , receptionist of this Hotel will not allow you to check-in. This hotel will ask you to pay extra 1000 per head at spot. if you will ask why, he will give so many stupid reason like booking id not showing in his mobile. Avoid this hotel.I think they know that couple business will give profits so if anyone is coming with family or single person, they just don't care. I was thinking to file Consumer complain but latter thought just a time energy waste where OYO should unlist and ban this kind of Hotel who are doing this drama and playing with consumers
