🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Urgent Complaint Regarding Quality and Service at SRM Hotel Bar I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent experience at the SRM Hotel Bar. As regular customers, my party and I were shocked to discover that the food served to us during our visit on 15-Dec-2023 was prepared a day prior, significantly compromising its freshness and quality. We have reported this a number of times for your humble notice. Upon bringing this matter to the attention of the manager on duty, we were met with utter disregard and a lack of respect. The manager failed to address our concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution. Moreover, when discussing the issue with a staff member responsible for serving the food, it was admitted that the items were indeed prepared in the morning, contrary to the information provided by the manager. Such practices raise serious questions about the hotel's commitment to maintaining food safety standards and serving customers with integrity. We feel compelled to report this incident to the relevant food safety authorities, as it is essential to ensure the well-being of all patrons. We have been loyal patrons of SRM Hotel for an extended period, and this incident has left us deeply disappointed. We trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly, take appropriate action to rectify the situation, and implement measures to prevent such lapses in the future. We sincerely hope that SRM Hotel will uphold its reputation for excellence and prioritize the well-being of its customers. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. Very good hotel at the prime location next to SRM University. The rooms are spacious and very well lit. The lighting and decor is exquisite. There is swimming pool too. It is located about 38kms from Chennai Central railway station and about 15km from airport. The connectivity is very good with all modes of transport. The food is excellent. The buffet spread for breakfast and lunch is vast and delicious. The service and behaviour of staff is very good.

It was really a Good and Cozy Inn. Being a North Indian, I have had bad experience innthe last at Chennai bur this time it was flawless. Really appreciate the service Staff who are always there to support.
