The hotel is very much comfortable at affordable cost. The breakfast is very good .Very peaceful environment eventhogh in rush area. Clean house keeping.very kind nature staff ,Mr.Riyas.overall it was very pleasant stay at reasonable cost. Rooms-4 Service-5 Location -5

Not an ideal place for family. Rooms are very small. Hotel manager was very rude. They don’t provide any room service. There was no Hot water. There was no paper napkins in restaurant during breakfast. AC was making noise, Towels and Napkins were equally bad with lots of stain. I paid Rs. 3500 for a night but it is not even worth of Rs. 1000.

After a thorough review and a 4 star rated hotel, we booked 3 rooms at the hotel. Inspite of booking the hotel rooms much in advance, we were denied entry at the time of check-in. We were said that the rooms are not available. There was no refund too. Worst experience when travelling with family. They should not take bookings when unable to provide rooms on arrival.

The property is very neat and clean. Located nearby Marina beach. You can walk to the beach. Bed is big and comfy. Linens were spotless.The restaurant serves great food also. Missed 1 star for the size of the room. It would have been a great experience if the room and bathroom was little bigger. Otherwise very nice and value for money option to stay in Chennai if you have some official works.
