Our experience dated on 04/01/24 to 06/01/2024 was excellent. The hospitality of hotels staff was very decent. The staff are co operative and polite. Room service was 100% prompt and perfect. Food quantity was also best. I really enjoyed staying at star Emirates luxury resort and spa. Thanks to all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star Emirates in Munnar, and it was a memorable experience. The combination of a clean room and polite staff made my stay truly enjoyable. The deanliness of the room was impeccable. It was evident that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment for its guests. The bed linens and bathroom were spotless, and this attention to detail did not go unnoticed. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I checked in, they were accommodating and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Their polite and welcoming demeanor made me feel right at home

Such an amazing experience.There are no words to explain the experience we had. Food was fantastic. We appreciated the surprise welcome when we reached at the venue. The view from our hotel room was so pleasant. You could hear the waterfall and birds. Mornings were so beautiful with the nice sunrise we could see from our window. We would like to thank them for their services. Wish them all the best! Our entire family became so delight with hospitality we had it here.

Beautiful property, but before letting out the rooms they need to ensure if the bathroom bins have been cleaned & it's smelling fresh. Of course they did offer to change our room but I have acute osteoarthritis & no other rooms were there on the ground floor. The Kerala massage was very nice. The chai point is a place were you can relax. Food is average & overpriced. Staff needs to be more efficient & proactive. Huge scope for improvement. On the whole almost a pleasant stay.

The location of Star Emirates in Munnar is worth staying . Surrounded by the picturesque beauty of Munnar, the hotel provided a serene and tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature. While my stay was overwhelmingly positive, there is always room for improvement. It would be great to see a broader menu selection at the hotel's restaurant, but this is a minor suggestion in an otherwise wonderful stay. In conclusion, my stay at Star Emirates in Munnar was fantastic. Clean rooms, polite staff, and a beautiful location made it a memorable experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Munnar.
