It's one of the good hotels in Neemrana, where overall there are not many hotels as such. Location is ok, food tastes good. Rooms are a bit smaller and it was too cold i had to take multiple blankets in the night there is no heat source in the room. Aside from this place is ok.

The rooms could've been better in terms of size and organization. The bathroom shower was half open so the water would go all the way by the sink. The breakfast buffet was ok and the staff was friendly

It was a very bad experience for us. Even though we booked 6 rooms for 3 days each, the hotel staff was very unsupportive and highly unprofessional. Fauctes were leaking in the bathroom and when we raised a complaint, it was not attended properly. On the last day we wanted to check out early and asked for an early breakfast and the hotel denied. Same thing happened with us during dinner.

We had very high hope when we planned two days stay in this so called luxury apartment resort but sorry to say we had to cut our trip short by one day by seeing poor arrangements. The prompt service of restaurant was only saving grace for them. They do not keep even some basic medicine and you have to go to near by place (close to liquor shop) to get those medicines. Swimming pool was in poor shape as birds wings were floating all around.
