The issued blankets were thicker than before in 2019. Aircon was better. Shower and faucet worked properly, both had hot and cold. The toilet flush was terrible, water pressure was also weak, it couldn't flush properly. No bidet as well. The lighting was poor. I was a solo traveler but the room that I was in has got 3 queen beds. Getting to my room was a bit of a hassle and scary, the hallway was so dark, it felt like I was in an abandoned and haunted building. When I checked out, the elevator was under maintenance. Luckily, one of the male staff saw me and helped me carry my heavy luggage down the stairs. I've got no complaints with regards to the staff, all of them were very friendly and helpful. This is my second time to stay here and the room that I booked was so much better than the previous one. I always choose this hotel everytime I undertake a medical examination, because it is close to Nationwide Health Systems. What I love about this hotel was the easy access to everything, with 7-eleven next door. They have got their own restaurant downstairs, too.

About 900 meters lang sa burnham so it's ideal if you want morning walk. We have our 7 month old baby and we walk her with a stroller in the morning. With hot and cold shower. The hotel has it's canteen at the 1st floor. I liked the brewed coffee there. May 7-11 and fruit stall beside the hotel. Service is good too. 🥰

Clean, comfortable, cozy rooms. Superb and affordable quality food at Star Cafè. Right at the heart of Baguio City! Helpful, kind, and accomodating staff. Highly recommended!!!

The place is old. Rooms are old. Be wary, if u have rooms facing inner wall, keep windows always closed as smokers who violate throw their buts out into the adjacent wall beams. Keep toilet exhaust open always while in the room as cigarette smoke odours will get into your room. Wifi is sufficient enough, and new smart tv saves positivity in this review. The canteen serves until 9pm, but dont expect much. The 7 11 downstairs is a plus, but just a small branch. If u ask me if i will recommend? at the price they offer, there are other better alternatives...

We booked their Deluxe 1 room for 2 nights through Agoda last Oct. 29-31. Unfortunately, there was a typhoon, so we decided to rebook our stay. We were able to make an amendment easily free of charge—super accommodating staff. We stayed there last Nov. 18-20 and the room was really nice and clean. Their AC and their built-in shower heater are working perfectly. I love that they have an elevator. They also have a security deposit. We could safely leave our luggage and check out early so we could enjoy our travel without any worry. Highly recommended. 👍🙌✨
