Very good room and service. The room had lot of space with many cabinets to store things. The location is perfect as food stalls are available at walking distance. The staff was very helpful and coordinating. I was a solo traveller and it was a perfect comfortable stay for me.

It never gives a feel of a hotel, they say they will give you Breakfast but will serve only one item either like we were served Aloo Paratha which I don't like to have early morning but there wasn't any other options & it was served in the room. They don't have sealed water bottle, they serve tap RO water in a bottle Kinley cap on Bisleri bottle & above all they don't have swipe machine either cash or QRC. I won't recommend

It is highly over rated hotel which I have ever seen. Not sure how it got 4 rating. I have recently stayed in this hotel and it was very very dirty. Unable to enter the room peacefully and it was full of dust and very un hygienic. Staffs are very rude and they were not responded properly. There was no power for 3-4 hours and we ended up with taking cold water bath. Bathrooms are very dirty and plush was not working. Overall very bad experience we have faced and it was same situation on both the rooms what we have booked. Please don't spend money on this hotel rather you will get other good hotel in the city.

Despite our modest budget, the hotel provided an experience that was nothing short of delightful. At just 900/- Rs per night for two adults and a child, we were treated to a treasure trove of basic amenities that made our stay truly comfortable. The AC room ensured a respite from the outside heat, and the inclusion of a water heater added a touch of luxury to our stay, allowing us to unwind in a soothing hot bath. The television offered a range of entertainment options, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. Although Usha Residency boasts convenience, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The limited parking facility might pose a challenge for those with vehicles, and the fact that the hotel is situated on the 2nd floor could be a slight inconvenience for some guests. However, the attentive and helpful staff instantly put us at ease. Their willingness to assist us with our luggage exemplified their dedication to guest comfort. The genuine warmth and kindness exhibited by the staff truly elevated our experience. Their impeccable behavior and readiness to accommodate any request showcased the commitment of Usha Residency to creating a welcoming environment for every guest. In conclusion, Usha Residency exceeded our expectations by offering a cozy and comfortable stay that didn't break the bank.
