The hotel staff is very polite and dedicated to their work. I along with my family visited their restaurant for dinner. The food was of best quality, homely cooked food, very tasty indeed. The staff even took care of our little baby while we enjoyed our meal. They also provided our baby with warm milk for her feed. Such hospitality, warm gestures, and brilliant food makes this place the best to dine in and I am sure their living spaces will be as glorious as my experience with them ❤️

It was a brilliant stay right from the view, to the room and with food service - everything was enjoyable! Even our little issues here and there - were sorted so promptly from the housekeeping staff and also personal attention was given by the floor manager (sorry, forgot to ask her name). Our most outrageous request too was gladly fulfilled by the staff girl at the reception. Really made us feel like royals! Absolutely worth visiting Sterling Hotel on the road side (just 6 kms from Baijnath). Highly recommend this hotel! The rooms were very neat and clean. Overall my overall experience with the hotel was very good. Please do visit.

We had a Great stay here. This property is amazing and really worth the money spent. Front desk, House keeping, Restaurant, the entire staff has been really awesome, they are all so well behaved, humble, so good at their work. Rooms are very clean , delecious food, charming ambiance.

Sterling resort is a very nice resort, the service here is very good or the staff here is very helpful .the food is also very tasty. Here I am visiting this resort for the second time. I also attended the wedding. There is so much decoration here, so much is done in such a good way that everything is decorated, there is no such decoration or property in Palampur..
