Overall experience: average Rooms and location: properly maintained and higene Service: Pathetic We stayed here for 3 days.initial check in itself they made us wait for more than one hour. After that they were having issues with keys. Finally they were able to open the doors. But if we lock the doors from outside. Again the same key was not working. For this we have to visit reception multiple times. Room service is very slow. If we ask for a water bottle they will give it after 1 to 2 hours. Food: we tried only breakfast here. It was decent.

Very peaceful and enjoyable stay at Sterling Karwar in the month of January 2024(2 nights ). Clean and airy room, well maintained with all necessary amenities. Well informed and helpful team of youngsters. Restaurant is good with tasty food by chef. Overall happiness!!

The whole experience was below average. The food wasn't great and it was undercooked. No proper maintained room and the service was even worse. We asked the hotel staff to arrange a proper extra bed and they promised to do so we waited for the whole night and it didn't come. We had to sleep on an uncomfortable soft come bed. It wasn't worth the money we spent. The renovated rooms are better than the old building room but still okay itself. Overall the experience was bad. Not worth the money and the service and food were the worst. Please reconsider if you want to stay here.

The place is very nice with good facilities especially for children to play. The room given to us were recently done so the interior was very nice with spacious n clean rooms. the bathroom was small but very clean. The service can be little fast. the food at their restaurant was tasty but very slow. But all in all the stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed it.
