Spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Big plus is, the resort is surrounded by lots of greenary. I had stayed overnight as part of a group .. the resort didn't disappoint me. The staffs are courteous too.

Wonderful place to be. Rooms and premises are very clean and tidy. Food quality is good too. Value for money. Room service is little slow, maybe due to Christmas holidays. They arranged lovely Bihu dance(paid by us)

The staff were absolutely horrible to deal with for the following 1 Asked for breakfast before a safari they forgot and then gave us 4 packs for 7 people 2 anything you order from room service will not be delivered 3 you ask for towels from house keeping, it won't be given 4 upon arrival we requested at the reception for room service and was promised due to the long drive. However on ordering and waiting for 45 mins, we were informed that we would not be given room service and were asked to go to a restaurant at the other end of the property for food trays that were empty. We booked 3 rooms and got only 2 because the third room was smelling of urine. No refund was offered for both nights. And when asked why I was charged for 2 nights, the GM was extremely rude am before finally agreeing to reduce the price.

This is a great resort specially for people who wants to explore Kaziranga from Burapahar side. But the property is not maintained at all. Furnitures are dirty and unkempt, toilet seat was broken, wifi was not available as all routers were damaged. Taps were leaking in the toilet. The staffs behaved as if management were not taking good care of them. They least bothered about any complaints or issues I raised. When we ordered room service for dinner the food arrived at room temperature or even colder. The funny part is when I called back room service to raise the issue of cold food they simply refused to believe it and neither offered to send somebody to check. Overall if managed properly its a great place to spend couple of nights but the management seems to be an issue. Currently it is not worth the money they charge.
