Like most of the Summit hotels, the rooms were clean with required amenities. The staff though were even more helpful and kind. The view of the Kachenjunga mountain was the highlight of the stay. A peaceful and quiet place.

We stayed here for 2 nights and our experience was not as good as other summit hotels. The property does not have a lift which was major concern for my family. The Rooms are also very old and not well maintained. We were given a free upgrade from deluxe room to premium room with a attached balcony. It was a nice gesture and we appreciated the great view to Kanchanjanga. The room was very clean however the interiors looked damaged and very old. The set-top box was not working and upon complaining they said the dish was damaged. I found the account was not charged and TV remotes were also not working properly. Even the Bathroom was not comfortable to use. The charging sockets were difficult to reach for charging. The staff on the other hand was very polite and the food was very good. We were offered breakfast in our room with multiple options. They even offered complimentary items. Overall rating : Room Quality : 2 Staff and Service : 4 Food and Restaurant : 4 Location : 5

One of the best hotels in Pelling. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient. Much credit goes to Ms. Priya because of her extraordinary approach towards customers and taking the hotel to the next level. I would love to stay again in this property. Views from the hotel room balcony were amazing. Breakfast was also very nice.

Had a wonderful holiday in this Hotel.The staff was superb and made us feel special like home. Especially thanks to Priya we are lucky to met you hospitable and friendly. The nature of their percolates down to every staff of the hotel. The staff at the gate welcomes all guests and this welcome continue throughout your stay. Food was very tasty and were prepared as per our request. Room were the best you could expect for a holiday in the mountains.Would definitely revisit this hotel on my next trip.
