I expected this room to be of decent quality. I did not stay there and hence not able to comment about the quality of rooms. On reaching the place I found many youngsters which included male and female, smoking and drinking. Not at all recommended for families & teetotaler bachelors. The service personnel were not responding to the calls during the visit.

I had booking with this hotel for 2 days due to an Exam at University. The Exam got rescheduled. Hence i had to cancel. There is no option of Refund even in such Unavoidable situations. I have not stayed in this place. I Won't be staying in future.

Pathetic service!! I booked a hotel and paid amount in full. I got a message on the day of check in stating that the hotel is shifted to a different location. When I called that number shared by OYO, they said that such a hotel does not exist. I called their customer service thrice. After initial conversation, they said to hold on to the call when I checked for refund and disconnected after 10 mins. This happened thrice. I then dropped an email to OYO, however there was no response inspite of a reminder too. Beware,never fall for this trap.
