Very bad, they charge extra money, say they don't accept bookings through OYO or other app. Never book in this hotel if you want confirm bookings. OYO confirm booking is not valid here, they say. Take hotel little far away but don't book in this hotel, you would regret.

"Collection o 76314 de sivalika boutique" #MY REVIEW oyo property ask for extra money 1200 more and after I call Oyo customer care they didn't help us worst hotel and Oyo customer care service when I go for check in property owner ask how much I paid for booking I said 879 rupee after that manager said to me my hotel room's minimum tariff is 2000 and told me call the customer care. This is a trap property manager told me it is faulty of Oyo. when I call to customer care they hold me 1 hour behalf the name of helping i totally frustrated 🥴 and at last they told me to shift in new hotel room's and addresses me for new hotel which is far away form my location very Remote area i can't understand what the f**k is that . Is the way Oyo customer care solving problems ? never believe in Oyo room otherwise your family gonaa be stuck in new city. Oyo property name is collection o 76314 de sivalika boutique's manager behaviour is very rude.

Hotel is worst they are not accepting our booking which we did via mmt Then they said if you want to stay you can pay us the price that we did they are happy but they not give any kind of gst bills.. but according to them mmt or OYO are fraud This hotel don’t have right amount cleanness too they charge you 250 rs 3 cup tea but they don’t know give complimentary of some snacks water bottle charge 25 but that is some local brand rooms have bad smell of seepage along with double bed room have only 1 towel totally hygienic environment.. wish my review help others
