Very bad experience.I have booked the hotel from go ibibo.but the owner of the hotel is very selfish and greedy.He gave the room to other party when I reached for check in on 18 th of November at 7.30 pm.They said I gave the room to other party.I had paid the amount before two month ago,but they gave to other and not informed me through mail or message.when I asked him they told that I have informed to oyo team.when I contacted Oyo they said property had not informed me.They had no humanity. I was very upset with 14 person in night. I suggest don't book this hotel in future

Great hotel with affordable price with the luxurious room. Lift service is not available and only only tea and coffee is available at the hotel, for good nearby market is a good option. Swiggy zomato is always available. But the rooms and it's privacy is top notch.

The behaviour of staff is very good. Although lift is unavailable but it's quiet easy with stairs too. The owner is very helpful in nature.Tea and coffee are available in the hotel. You can order food via Swiggy and Zomato here.

The rooms are very clean, bathrooms are also good, bathrooms are a bit small but very clean bedsheets, price is also good, staff and owner's behavior is very good, very helpful service, very good thanks a lot hotel Verena I would recommend anyone looking for budget rooms with good service in Indore to visit here. And location was near bus stand and railway station 😊😊😊😊😊
