The rooms was good but the staff was poor

Booked for three days. Their rates are like 3,or 4 start hotel prices. Reality of this hotel is 1 star. Charged extra money, Worst ambience. They haven't changed bedsheets, very rude behaviour. Over priced, Try to avoid this hotel.

One of the worst staff and experience. While booking the room for family I was billed for this room saying that I have to pay in full to avail the discount however when reached hotel, was sent to another Oyo location than the one I booked which is even worse and clumsy for staying with family. This is the third experience with Oyo and won’t recommend at all to anyone.
