The service is nonexistent, and the room quality is extremely poor. Additionally, it's worth noting that the numerous 5-star ratings on Google reviews seem to be provided by the hotel staff. During check-in, the receptionist may request guests to give a 5-star rating when handing over the room key.

Firstly,what is the purpose of OYO, if Hotel wants to charge some extra amount from us. I booked my one day stay at 446 rs but at reception i have to stay 150 rs extra. So how oyo is helpful to customer.
