Loved the stay . Easily accessible location. Best view from window. Hassle free check-in. Hot water available. Overall good stay and will recommend to family and friends

At the time of arrival the receptionist was very rude. When i told her i had a booking she replied with "so what?". She was very rude and spoke in a way that would spoil your day however you could just ignore her, like the way i did. The rooms are no luxury but nice and pretty spacious they are also well cleaned. But the bathroom was very dirty and the bedsheets weren't changed. I tried calling the reception but nobody answered. Later I called the reception to ask them to send cutlery to the room with a bottle of water to which the receptionist (girl) replied saying the hotel doesn't have plates and spoons or even water.

This hotel do not have water facilities if light goes out. We have to use bucket for bathroom and brushing. Further, light and some plug point was working. I strongly recommend NOT to use this hotel for any type of stay. Hotel also do not have any parking, food facilities.

It's not close to Mall de Goa first of all. No kitchen or restaurants near so that you can get atleast a cup of tea. There was no water supply and power, even there was no power backup in the rooms. I've cancelled my booking and am waiting for the refund. Hotel staff is very rude, they were not helping us 😡 Don't go by the rating and good reviews, it's their staff writing it😡😡😡😡
