I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed. The staff's warm and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The room was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel's amenities, from the pool to the restaurant, were top-notch. What truly stood out, though, was the breathtaking view from my room. It was a fantastic experience, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommended!

Staff behaviour was very poor. Bedsheet was also not clean. Dustbin was also not present in room. Washroom was very unhygienic. Dusts was present on the wall and doors. Drinking water was not mineralised, it's simple tap water that is very contaminated. Almirah was not clean. Pillow cover was not clean. Hairs was present over the bedseats.

The location is unsafe. Rooms are upstairs and you have to take your luggage on your own through a narrow staircase. Hotel staff ask for extra money if they don't like the booking amount. It's up to them. So if you are reaching there at night, you will not have an option other than paying the asked amount.
